A new career

As soon as I started playing with my camera, I realized that I really enjoyed taking pictures and recording stuff with it. You might’ve noticed that all my posts from the Fall don’t really have a lot of pictures, but as soon as 09 started, I’ve been taking as many pictures as possible.

Even though I knew I was no professional, I was getting excited because I took better and better pictures every time. Some of those pictures you’ve probably seen while reading my posts -snow day was a great day for pictures- but now I’ve decided to post some of my best pictures from the trip to Cusco.

At first, I started taking pictures of what I could see from the bus, like the mountains and clouds.

But, as we started walking around the ruins, I had the chance to see many plants and even animals.

And another very beautiful yellow flower.

Yet, the reason why I was having so much fun while taking all these pictures, was that I could show them to someone as soon as I did. She was right next to me the whole time, telling me how much she liked them and encouraging me to take more and more pictures of everything we saw together.

I took the following picture with just one hand =). And I’m seriously considering changing Business Administration for Photography, hahaha.

*I laugh cus I think Richmond doesn’t have a Photography major. I’ll have to start by just taking one class as soon as I can.
