…the campus is as dead as a ghost town, tours of prospectives make note that “you can sit out on the Westhampton Green and read” and use you as an example, and you hope you know a few people so you’re not bored out of your mind. Luckily, this year my best friend on campus stayed behind–so did most of my friends actually–and we had a lot of crazy fun. We watched movies and went out to dinner and stayed up to the wee hours of the morning discussing the dynamics of philosophy and theoretical physics. Okay, maybe not quite as much of the last, but you get my point. Actually, I did one really constructive thing this weekend–I wrote 50 pages of my screenplay on Sunday. Sunday was all about writing, you see (because you can only study so much before your eyes turn inward and mutiny your brain). I wrote in my room, I sat on the green and jotted down ideas as they flew through me, and then scurried back to my room to write some more. Fifty pages in a sixteen hour period isn’t too bad, I suspect, and now I feel much more confident about having something to present to the person who reads it. It has significantly improved since the last time I mentioned it on this blog so I’m quite happy at the moment.
Tomorrow, the rat race begins again. Tomorrow also marks the day I start getting excited about Halloween (MY FAVORITE HOLIDAY!!!)! As for now, I’m sorry I was late with this post–but Fall break fun is not going to make itself, people. I hope your week was great as well.
See me here waiting?

I’ve just seen something OUTRAGEOUS!

She looks so serious.

Asleep on my doorstep–the slacker.
Quote of the week:
“How does it feel
How does it feel
To be on your own
With no direction home
Like a complete unknown
Like a rolling stone?”
- “Like a Rolling Stone” - Bob Dylan

Steph, oh Steph, there are only so many words I can use to describe how interesting those pictures are, and at the moment… those words do not come to mind. Don’t fall asleep at doorsteps, it’s bad luck.
