I’m a sophomore at the University of Richmond. Richmond is actually my hometown, and since my house and college are just minutes apart, I’m looking forward to branching out by studying abroad Junior year. While my plans for a major have jumped all over the course catalog, I’ve finally settled on a Biology major with a Latin American and Iberian Studies (aka Spanish language) minor. After graduation, I hope to attend Veterinary school.Why Richmond? Because the campus is beautiful, the faculty are genuinely interested in their students, and the school itself has a strong academic reputation. Richmond also has amazing scholarship oppurtunities and really looks out for student who need larger amounts of financial aid. And then there’s Dhall. I love Dhall.
